Who runs it
MobileHomeMoverNear is a small, independent publisher. It is not owned by, or a front for, any business it lists. Listings, corrections and questions are handled by our listings editor, Quentin. Write to editor@mobilehomemovernear.com and it reaches the desk directly.
Where the facts come from
- State agencies that license manufactured home installers and dealers and issue move permits in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Texas, Tennessee and Missouri, and HUD for the federal installation standards.
- Official license lists only: today the Missouri Public Service Commission's active dealer list, shown on the Missouri page as the state publishes it; installer lists as the states provide them. No business has its own listing page yet.
- Published prices and permit fees, each linked to the page it came from, with a short quote we matched against that page.
Each state list we show carries the date we read it, and each guide the date its sources were read. The full method is on how we verify listings.
What decides a listing
A business gets its own listing page only from an official license list and after we match it to an open Google profile. A state list we republish, like Missouri's dealer list, appears as the state prints it, with the date we read it. Dealers are labelled as dealers, never as installers.
Independence and money
No business can pay for its place in the rankings, its badges or its license data.
Corrections
If something here is wrong, email editor@mobilehomemovernear.com with the page and what should change. A business can also update or claim its own listing. We check each correction against a public source or the business itself, fix what is wrong, and date the change. A business closed on its public record is removed automatically; a business that tells us it is still open stays listed while we check.
